For damaged products: Full refund for or replacement of damaged items if notified within 14 days of order delivery date (date product was declared delivered by courier).
For defective products: Full refund for or replacement of defective items (items obviously failing to function as advertised) if notified within 14 days of order delivery date (date product was declared delivered by courier).
